Charles E.
Malmquist, CPCU, ARM, AAI, President:
Mr. Malmquist
is a seasoned healthcare insurance consultant with over
30 years in the industry. He has designed,
implemented and administered comprehensive insurance
programs for over 500 healthcare organizations including
a national network of specialized hospitals. He has also
developed Risk Identification criteria and Bidding
Specifications used for hospitals as well as large
medical accounts. Charley is actively
involved in the Professional Liability Underwriting
Society, and an associate member of the Georgia Society
of Healthcare Risk Management. He has coauthored
a book on producer compensation published by the
National Underwriter. He has served as
President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia
as well as the Atlanta Association of Independent
Insurance Agents. He has also
served on the Medical Opportunities Board of the St.
Paul Insurance Company, primarily responsible for
drafting new healthcare professional liability
contracts. Charley
is a graduate of the University of Alabama with
majors in Insurance and Real Estate. He has earned
the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Designation,
the Associate in Risk Management Designation and the
Accredited Advisor in Insurance Designation.

Paul
K. Tuggle, CPCU, Sr. Healthcare Risk Consultant: Mr. Tuggle is an
experienced healthcare consultant with 24 years in the
industry. He has worked with a variety of healthcare
clients ranging from individual physicians to large
medical practices and multi-state medical facilities. As
a Loss Control Specialist with a large hospital
corporation, he helped to design and monitor programs
such as Infection Control Policies and Procedures for
Hepatitis B and AIDS, Product Selection and Recall
Guidelines, and Hospital Compliance with Regulatory
Agency Policies and Procedures. More recently he has
developed and placed comprehensive insurance programs
for a variety of clients including a national network of
ambulatory surgery centers and multispecialty networks
of physicians. Paul is a graduate of the University of
Georgia Business School with majors in Risk Management
and Insurance and Finance. He has earned the Chartered
Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Designation.

John Lowden, Healthcare Risk
Consultant Mr. Lowden's extensive
insurance industry experience has equipped him with the
expertise to identify and resolve any insurance need our
clients may have. John graduated from Wright State
University, and after working for a Fortune 500 company
supporting the franchise auto dealer community, he
launched a successful Professional Employers
Organization to provide services, including insurance,
to small and medium sized businesses. Utilizing
the wealth of knowledge and experience of those
successes, John brings a unique insight into client's
risks and their particular insurance needs. His

Ronald Cuen, Healthcare Risk
Consultant Mr. Cuen has a
diverse background in the insurance industry as an
underwriter, agent and consultant. Ron started his
career with CNA, and then joined E.H. Crump &
Company. He later worked with Marsh for 20 years,
achieving numerous sales awards, including their
top National Sales Leaders award. A graduate of
the University of South Alabama in Finance, Ron is
currently an officer in The Georgia Captive Association,
and prides himself and Potter-Holden in delivering
unsurpassed solutions and client

Kathleen H. Sposa, Personal Lines
Manager/Account Executive, candidate member
CPCU:
Mrs. Sposa began her insurance
career in 1984 as a Personal Lines Underwriter with
Safeco Insurance Company. In 1996 she moved to The
Hanover Insurance Company as a Senior Underwriter and
was later promoted to SE Region Personal Lines
Operations Supervisor. In this role, Kathy was
responsible for improving compliance with state
regulations, operational efficiency, and best practices
with a primary goal of improved service levels and Agent
satisfaction. She then obtained her GA P&C
Agents license and was the Personal Lines Manager for an
Independent Agency in the
Atlanta area. Kathy has
achieved candidate member status with the CPCU society,
and is also a member of the National Association of
Insurance Women and Insurance Professionals of
Atlanta. Joining Potter-Holden in December of 2007
as an Account Executive and Personal Lines Manager,
Kathy has already exhibited excellent leadership,
outstanding client relations, and strong production
skills, and has proven to be an excellent addition to
our professional team.
